Working Pattern: Working Pattern: 35 hrs 40 mins a week 8.30am to 4.20pm Mon-Tues-Thurs & 8.30am to 5pm Weds and 8.30 to 2.30pm Fri. Term time only [plus 5 days equivalent inset training]. Job Purpose: To provide individual or small group supervision and emotional and learning support to students with SEMH, ASD or trauma needs. This role focuses on safety, regulation, relationships and engagement in both classroom and non-classroom environments, both on-site and on outreach and across sites Key Responsibilities: Safeguarding & Conduct All staff must safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils. This role requires strong boundaries, professional conduct, and a calm, emotionally regulated presence in all situations.
