Salary: SO2 £33,317 pro-rata actual salary
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Term Time plus 10 days
Contract type: Permanent

The Governors of our school invite applications from highly motivated and organised individuals to join our team as our new School Business Manager.

The School Business Manager is responsible for all non-academic aspects of the operation of the school, including finance, HR, estate management and health and safety requirements.

We are looking for someone who has:
Strategic financial skills: Delivering specialist support to keep us effective and within budget.
People Leadership skills: Managing our office and premises teams.
Operational experience: Overseeing HR, Health & Safety, and Estate Management.
Leadership qualities: Working alongside the SLT to support the school's ethos and strategic goals.
Communication skills: Communicating effectively with the whole school community and external services
Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills: reading and interpreting information accurately and communicating professionally in writing, accurate calculations and data handling
Organisational skills: the ability to manage a wide-ranging and unpredictable workload
