Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 1
Salary: £20,442 per annum (actual salary)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: 8.15am till 3.45pm (Mon-Fri), TT only plus 5 INSET days
Contract type: Fixed term until 31st August 2026 in the first instance

The Governors, Staff and children of St Joseph’s RC Primary School, Reddish wish to recruit a fixed term TA assistant Level 1.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience of a teaching assistant role
Has high expectations and demonstrate a commitment to raising standards and achieving the best possible outcomes for our children
Has high expectations of the behaviour and attitudes of the children
Will support the Catholic faith of the school
Has a good knowledge of primary curriculum
Self-motivated and able to work cooperatively as part of a team
