Casual Building Assistant

About the Role:

Delivery of Facilities Management services at Number One Riverside

Maintain Health & Safety standards together with a safe and clean environment

Providing excellent customer service for both internal external clients, council staff and Members.

Assist with implementing security, fire and evacuation processes

Assist facilities team in ensuring facilities are well ventilated, heated and have sufficient lighting

Set up Training and conference rooms in accordance with booking requirements

About You:

• You will be an effective multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service

• You will be motivated and forward thinking, who can demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm

• You will be a team player

• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• You will have excellent ICT skills and be able to use a range of IT systems
