Your role: You will play a vital role in supporting the Appointeeship and Community Accommodation Support Services Team, helping deliver essential financial support to vulnerable individuals. Your work will include processing payments through iPortal banking system, managing prepayment card transactions and setting up or amending standing orders. You’ll also handle cancelling Direct Debits, assist with financial reconciliation and reporting and manage incoming post for the team. Alongside this, you will provide key administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across a busy and supportive team environment. About you: You will have strong administrative experience, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be confident using multiple IT systems and able to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment. Knowledge of the benefits system is desirable. Strong organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage data responsibly in line with GDPR and retention schedules.
