About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and experienced professional to join Godley Primary Academy as our new Site Manager. Are you an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise confidently with staff, contractors and the wider school community? Do you have experience in planning and coordinating maintenance, managing contractors, and ensuring a safe, secure and wellmaintained environment? Can you work accurately and methodically with attention to detail? Are you friendly, proactive and solution focussed with a positive ‘can do’ attitude? We are seeking to appoint a knowledgeable, reliable, and highly skilled Site Manager who will work closely with the Principal, Business Manager and wider school staff to ensure the smooth daily running of our vibrant primary school. As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the upkeep, safety and security of the school premises, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standard and support the effective operation of the academy.
