The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become a Team Manager within our newly established Family Help Service.
The role will manage and maintain oversight of a Locality based Family Help team including direct line management of the staff. It will involve working with partners to support integrated working and directly link to the Family Hubs programme of work. This role is key to supporting community engagement and development within the Locality team, and ensuring the consistency of service provision, whilst ensuring responsivity of the offer for local communities as needs emerge.
The post holder will manage services and resources across a team ensuring Family Hub and targeted intervention programme plans are coordinated and meet the needs of the community.

About You
You will be a passionate and experienced manager with an understanding and experience of Early Help and work with Children and Families, from both a service and partnership perspective. You will have a good understanding of Family Hubs and Family Help developments as well as a robust understanding of children’s social care. You will have experience of managing high performing teams, utilising a restorative approach to leadership and leading by example. You will have experience of working with partners and supporting culture, practice and integrated working.
You will be an approachable and confident leader, who embraces creativity and approaches change with a ‘can do’ attitude to overcome challenges.
