The Adult Services Directorate in Manchester has a key role in delivery of high-quality support to people who use services, and those who care for them, as well as families, communities and providers. Your role will be to support the Systems Hub Service Manager to ensure day-to-day operational delivery is managed effectively. You will ensure the Systems Hub manages and maintains the Liquid Logic and ContrOCC Systems and other associated workflow and processes. You will also be a part of developing Manchester’s Digital Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity that has the potential to redefine the way we support adult social care services in Manchester. The role holder will provide a professional, customer focused, specialist technical service in line with specified guidelines, policies and procedures, to deliver required outcomes effectively, and meet the needs of multiple stakeholders. Working within the Systems Hub to deliver an effective system and service support function within Social Care, establishing excellent relationships with wider stakeholders and taking a holistic approach to requirements of care commissioning, contracts, payments and charging. This is a new and emerging Systems Hub Team and an exciting and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for a candidate to support our newly established team and somebody who possesses the right behaviours, skills and experience to work in a new and emerging system hub team. You will lead on service development areas including the planning and implementing of new projects and initiatives improving service performance and customer outcomes. You will lead on workforce development to ensure that staff at all levels are appropriately qualified and trained to deliver a high-quality service which is person centred, customer focused and improves outcomes. Desirable requirements that would be useful in this role: Some technical configuration experience alongside an understanding of Adults Social Care and experience of using System C products Liquid Logic and ContrOCC.
