We are looking for 2 reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Catering Assistants to join our friendly team at Crab Lane.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to work well as part of a team in a fast paced kitchen environment and can demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
You will need to be organised, flexible and able to work efficiently in a busy school kitchen environment, supporting the preparation and service of healthy means for our pupils
Full training will be provided. A genuine interest in working with children is essential.
Crab Lane Primary School is part of the North Manchester Primary Federation, alongside Crumpsall Lane Primary School.
Nestled in the heart of Blackley Village, Crab Lane is a thriving two-form entry community primary school located just four miles from Manchester city centre and close to Heaton Park.
We have our own established in house catering service and our mission is to support all of our pupils by providing excellent quality meals. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our catering team.
We have over 400 pupils aged 3-11 from a diverse community.
Our school boasts excellent transport links with nearby road access, Bowker Vale tram station and regular buses which stop on Chapel Lane.
We will offer the successful candidate a commitment to professional development, well behaved and motivated children and a friendly and supportive staff who are committed to teamwork.
