About the Role

As a Teacher at Oasis Academy Aspinal, you will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned to our curriculum and academy priorities
  • Assess, monitor and report on the progress and achievements of all pupils
  • Contribute to preparing children for external assessments
  • Create a safe, positive and well organised learning environment
  • Maintain excellent behaviour, order and discipline in line with our expectations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and pupil outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues
  • Promote safeguarding and the wellbeing of all children
  • Participate in professional development, performance review and wider academy initiatives
