Principal Surveyor

About the Role

The Council is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic chartered surveyor to join its small but friendly Estates Team.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team to undertake a varied professional caseload which would include valuation, L&T, acquisitions and disposals, property review and other estate management matters.

As Principal Surveyor you would also have responsibility for the Councils three managed workspace properties.
