BUSINESS MANAGER Elysium Training, Leigh Elysium Training provides alternative provision for young people with significant barriers to learning, all of whom have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). We specialise in supporting learners with SEND, primarily those with SEMH needs, offering KS4 intervention and a post-16 curriculum. Our programmes combine construction-based vocational pathways with Preparing for Adulthood and employability skills, delivered through a trauma-informed, relational approach. About the Role We are seeking to appoint a Business Manager to join our specialist team. This is a key operational leadership role within Elysium, responsible for ensuring that business functions including HR, administration, compliance, finance and premises are well organised, effective and support the smooth running of the provision. The successful candidate will: Lead and coordinate business and operational systems across the organisation Oversee in-house HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations Ensure safer recruitment administration, workforce compliance and accurate record keeping Support effective financial administration, resource management and procurement Maintain systems that support compliance, organisation and inspection readiness Work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to support the day-to-day running of the provision Full details are provided in the accompanying Job Description and Person Specification.
