Based in Hulme, One Education is one of the largest education support companies in England. An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and experienced Technical Systems Manager to deliver IT support services on our behalf. Why work for One Education? About the Role One Education is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking, and proactive Technical Systems Manager to take ownership of our core network infrastructure and technical operations. This role is based in our offices in Hulme and is central to ensuring our IT systems are secure, resilient, and capable of supporting the needs of a modern, growing organisation. You will oversee the design and optimisation of our network environment, lead improvements across the IT estate, and ensure we remain aligned with industry standards and best practices. You will also manage and develop our IT Service Desk Analysts, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring the delivery of exceptional support services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role combining technical expertise, leadership, project management, and long-term strategy.
