Job Role SENDCo Location Romiley Primary School Hours 32.5 per week Contract Type Permanent Salary Date Posted 23rd March 2026 Date Expires 26th April at 12pm noon Start Date 8th June 2026 (or as soon as possible after that date) The Governors of Romiley Primary School are seeking to appoint a SENCO to work alongside SLT and within the pastoral team. The post will be mostly non-teaching but some classroom teaching will be required: this will initially be 3 days SENCo and 2 days in class. We actively welcome interest from colleagues who already hold the National SENCO Award or NPQSENCo, as well as from teachers who are totally committed to providing high quality SEND provision and inclusion and are at the beginning of that qualification journey. The successful candidate will have a vital role in developing this provision for our community.
