Contract Hours: 37 hours Contract Type: Permanent Salary: S02 £37,280 - £39,152 Closing Date: 6th April at 23:59 pm This position is internal for Fylde employee's only A development and upskilling opportunity has arisen for existing staff within the Housing Team to apply for the role of Moving On Senior Housing Services Officer. The successful candidate will be supported to develop into the role and lead on the continued development and definition of the Moving On Support Service at Fylde Council. The service is about, incorporating system change approaches to overcome existing barriers to meet the increasing need from people with multiple disadvantaged support needs. Customers will require a flexible, open ended package of support, advice, information and guidance. Support will be focused on customers with a history of: Repeat homelessness/failed tenancies Working with the Housing Placement and Compliance Manager you will develop the provision of temporary accommodation in Fylde. You will lead on arranging and facilitating Multiple Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings with relevant internal and external agencies to focus on customers who require Moving On support by creating and maintaining an effective referral pathway for support services, including identifying rough sleepers, or clients with or have had, a history of rough sleeping, who are at risk of losing their tenancies.
