The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen as an Information and Operations Coordinator (Engagement & Digital Families) within the service. This is a key leadership role supporting our network of Best Start Family Hubs to deliver an exceptional, family friendly experience for parents, carers and children across the borough. You will provide proactive supervision, mentoring and coaching to our Information and Administration Assistants, enabling them to deliver consistently warm, welcoming and customer focused front of house services. You will lead day to day coordination of operational support across several hubs, ensuring safe, well managed buildings and a high quality information and signposting offer for families. A key part of this role is driving family engagement, including coordinating our Family Hub social media presence, producing timely digital updates, and supporting interactive communication with families. You will also oversee the development and promotion of the Digital Families initiative and work closely with our Library & Museum Service to strengthen digital inclusion and the family book swap offer. This post is office based across the eight Best Start Family Hubs and an essential car user allowance is payable as boroughwide travel is required between different Hubs and to other community-based locations. About You You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Administration (or equivalent), be confident working with partners, and committed to making Bolton’s Family Hubs welcoming, inclusive and family friendly spaces where every interaction counts. Contract: 1x Permanent 37 hours per week. Please note this role requires On-call Saturday on roster basis.
Essential Requirement: DBS, Driving license.
