Contract - Permanent Hours - 37hrs Salary - NJC Scale H2 SCP 31 - 35 £41,771 - £46,142 per annum Closing Date -16th April 2026 at 12 Noon This is an exciting time for Youth Work in Blackpool and there is a fantastic and unique opportunity to join us as a Relationship Manager The Youth Service team was developed following the Blackpool Youth Provision Report (2022), conducted by the National Youth Agency and Youth Focus NW, undertaken to capture current youth work and youth provision delivery, identify what works for young people and determine areas for development for youth work and youth provision in Blackpool. As a critical post in the new Youth Service team the Relationship Manager, who will support the development and delivery of the Blackpool Youth Provision Partnership (YPP) in establishing and managing relationships with partners from across the Youth Provision Partnership (YPP) compromising Voluntary Community Faith Social Enterprise (VCFS), Council, Educational establishments, young people and communities as well as Regional and National Partners, to mutually support co-operative delivery of Youth Work and youth provision across Blackpool The Relationship Manager will work alongside YPP partners to develop opportunities for young people working in different settings and enable additional youth work or youth provision opportunities. This will include identifying, sourcing and facilitating successful funding and grant applications to deliver on the agreed actions within the development plan. The role will play a key part in Blackpool's collective response to the National Youth Strategy, published December 2026, bringing together partners on issues identified in the strategy that are as wide ranging as youth asb, youth employment as well as sports and culture.
