Details of the Role

It is an exciting time to join The Kingsway School. Over the last three years, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that TKS is a special place for our students. Our campus based Key Stage offer has brought about a significant shift in our school’s culture and reputation and we are delighted that our most recent Ofsted visit in February 2026 recognised the huge advancements the school has made. Our children are happy here, our staff are proud to work here and our parents would recommend the school.

We are delighted to share this unique opportunity for a teacher of computing based mainly on our Key Stage 3 campus as part of our distinctive middle school offer with some Key Stage 4 teaching alongside this. For this role, you will be a child focused practitioner with the flexibility to teach Computing across the curriculum. This role is one that will be pivotal in driving curriculum development and innovation in our school.

Our leadership team is dedicated to creating a school where staff and students feel valued, supported and proud to belong.

We believe in high standards, strong relationships and a genuine sense of community.

At Kingsway, the core purpose of every teacher is to deliver consistently high-quality teaching and learning so that every student can achieve their full potential. We are looking for teachers with vision and creativity who can strengthen curriculum implementation within their subject and secure ambitious outcomes for our diverse, comprehensive intake.
Our best teachers are reflective, kind and community-minded, combining innovation with attention to detail and consistently high expectations.
