We are looking for an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join our Patient and Family Support Team, working across our Little Hulton and Heald Green sites to support people living with a life limiting illness, and those close to them. As part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist palliative social work interventions that place the individual at the centre of care. You will bring professional expertise, emotional insight, and a commitment to supporting what matters most to patients and families.
