Are you dedicated to supporting young people with SEND to be fully prepared for adult life? We are looking for a Provision Leader for learners with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and highly complex needs (e.g. medical/ sensory). You will lead and develop our Experiential provision and Pre-Formal curriculum offer.

Redwood is a large special school for learners with a wide range of complex SEND from 11-19. This is an exciting time for Redwood; demand for places is high and we are continuing to grow and develop our offer. The successful candidate:

  • Will possess the emotional and physical resilience necessary when working with young people with a range of complex needs
  • Will have the ability to foster good relationships with other staff, learners and the wider community
  • Will be an effective team player with the ability to lead, direct and develop teaching and support staff
