The Governing Body wish to appoint a highly organised, flexible and adaptable School Business Manager to join Saviour’s Senior Leadership Team.

This post will play a pivotal role in the strategic management of staff, resources and premises, and enable the school to grow for the future.


The successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is passionate and motivated and will be committed to the positive ethos of the school.

You will have:

  • A school business management qualification such as the level 4 diploma for school business managers
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate well and communicate with our children, families, staff and partners
  • Experience of managing budgets, financial reporting and maintaining systems of controls with reports to the Governing Body
  • Experience working at a senior level; including the management of staff, premises, health and safety and HR policies and payroll procedures
  • A ‘can do’ attitude that finds solutions to the challenges of current school budgets and operational functions
  • A team player keen to get involved in every aspect of day to say school life
  • To have a good understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding
  • To be self-motivated
  • To use own initiative
