As Director of Business and Finance, you will work closely with the Principal and SLT to ensure
the school remains financially strong, operationally effective and well-positioned for the future.

You will lead on:
  • Strategic financial planning and budget management
  • HR, administration, IT and operational systems
  • Premises, health and safety compliance
  • Governance, risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Leading and developing our dedicated support staff team

This role is a strategic leadership role with operational insight, where you will be
well-supported while making a significant contribution to the life of the school.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has strong experience in business or financial leadership (education experience desirable but not essential)
  • Holds a relevant qualification (or is willing to work towards one)
  • Is strategic, organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrates integrity, sound judgement and professionalism
  • Builds positive relationships across teams and with external partners
  • Shares our commitment to our values and our community
