Are you dedicated to inclusion and supporting young people with SEND to be fully prepared for adult life? We are looking for teachers to come and join our amazing, warm and supportive team. As an expanding school, we are looking for teachers in a range of areas, from Pre-Formal to Formal, and also in our Sixth Form.

Redwood is a large special school for learners with a wide range of complex SEND from 11-19. This is an exciting time for Redwood; demand for places is high and we are continuing to grow and develop our offer. The successful candidate:

• Will be willing to work across all cohorts of the school as required based on the needs of the organisation
• Will have the commitment and motivation to inspire young people with their learning and development
• Will be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation through imaginative and differentiated lessons which meet individual learner needs
• Will possess the emotional and physical resilience necessary when working with young people with a range of complex needs
• Will have the ability to foster good relationships with other staff, learners and the wider community
• Will be an effective team player with the ability to direct and develop the work of classroom support staff

• Is dedicated to working with learners who have Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Is aspiring to be an outstanding teacher with a passion to improve outcomes for all learners
