As an expanding school, we are looking for teachers in a range of areas, from Pre-Formal to Formal, and also in our Sixth Form.

Redwood is a large special school for learners with a wide range of complex SEND from 11-19. This is an exciting time for Redwood; demand for places is high and we are continuing to grow and develop our offer. The successful candidate:

  • Will be willing to work across all cohorts of the school as required based on the needs of the organisation

  • Will be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation through imaginative and differentiated lessons which meet individual learner needs
  • Will possess the emotional and physical resilience necessary when working with young people with a range of complex needs
  • Will have the ability to foster good relationships with other staff, learners and the wider community
  • Will be an effective team player with the ability to direct and develop the work of classroom support staff
