We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our Mental Health Services - an established, professional, and committed to supporting individuals across our community. As the Council’s Head of Mental Health Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Mental Health pathways, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and compliance with statutory responsibilities. Blackpool is a diverse town with intersectional and complex needs, including challenges and opportunities related to drugs, alcohol, and domestic abuse. You will lead services that make a meaningful difference to people facing some of the most difficult challenges in our community. We are looking for a mental health professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding services for Blackpool residents. Someone motivated by improving outcomes, strengthening practice, and championing innovation.
