We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our Mental Health Services - an established, professional, and committed to supporting individuals across our community.

As the Council’s Head of Mental Health Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Mental Health pathways, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and compliance with statutory responsibilities.

We are looking for a mental health professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding services for Blackpool residents. Someone motivated by improving outcomes, strengthening practice, and championing innovation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence change at ground level, where decisions remain closely connected to operational delivery and the lived experiences of people who use our services.

Significant investment has been made into Adult Services as part of our ongoing improvement journey, and the Council remains fully committed to strengthening adult social care as we move toward Local Government Reorganisation and the development of Neighbourhood Health models.
