The Governors of our friendly, inclusive primary school are seeking to appoint a dynamic class teacher who is inspirational, resilient and enthusiastic to join our dedicated team of professionals.
We are looking for an exemplary practitioner who will work as part of our teaching team, providing extra capacity in school to support our on-going school improvement work, building on our successes to ensure our children aspire to become the best possible version of themselves. This post would ideally be suitable for a more accomplished teacher who will be expected to have responsibility for subject leadership in a relevant area following negotiation with the Head Teacher.

We are looking for a teacher who can:

  • support the school in sharing our vision and developing teaching and learning;
  • be committed to working together in partnership with all those involved in the life of the school;
  • provide intelligent and inspirational teaching which secures high levels of pupil progress and attainment and be responsible for pupil outcomes;
  • work in a fast- paced environment to meet deadlines and who embraces a challenge;
  • be adaptive in their practice to meet the diverse needs of our pupils to ensure high expectations for all;
  • demonstrate consistently high expectations of themselves and their colleagues and be prepared to go the extra mile;
  • lead a subject area across school.
