This role sits within the Estates Team, part of the Council’s Property and Asset Management Service. The service is responsible for delivering a comprehensive property management function. As a unitary authority and the UK’s premier seaside resort, we manage a unique, interesting and varied property portfolio. You must be able to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The role involves a variety of administrative, technical, data quality and customer-focused tasks relating to Property, Estates and Asset Management.
