Contract Type: Casual Hours: As and When required Salary: NJC Grade D SCP 7 £13.69 per hour Closing Date: Thursday 23rd April 2026 at 23:59 This is an exciting opportunity in a newly focused Residential Intermediate Care Service in Blackpool, helping people improve and maintain their independence at home. Our aim is to provide support and rehabilitation to adults within a safe and secure environment giving them the opportunity to re-gain skills with their everyday activities as they would if they were at home, whilst having the support of a dedicated staff team. We are looking to recruit dynamic, motivated persons to join our well established team, taking on the role of Casual Rehabilitation Support Workers, the post holder will be expected to support individuals accessing the service to maintain their health and social care needs, in a person centered approach. The successful candidate will be required to work to cover annual leave and sickness to ensure the service has safe levels of staffing. This will be at the post holders availability.
