Holy Family RC & CE College are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated School Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team at our successful and inclusive high school.

This is a pivotal role within the school, offering a unique opportunity to contribute strategically to the leadership, management and continued development of the school. The successful candidate will lead and manage all support service functions, including Finance, HR, Premises, ICT and Catering, ensuring that the school operates efficiently and effectively in support of outstanding outcomes for our students.

We are looking for an experienced professional, ideally with a strong background in a school environment, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. This is a hand on, highly visible, student-facing role, requiring someone who is approachable, adaptable and committed to the wider life of the school.
