We currently have an exciting opportunity for Personal Assistant to Principal to join our fantastic team at Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA) We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional individual to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. This is a key role within the school and academy, requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload in a busy school environment. The successful candidate will act as the primary Personal Assistant to the Headteacher, ensuring the smooth coordination of diaries, meetings, governance administration and school-wide processes. You will act as Personal Assistant to the Headteacher, supporting the varied and changing administrative and organisational needs of the school and staff operations as directed by the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. You will work collaboratively with staff and parents to support pupil wellbeing and promote the vision, ethos and culture of the Trust.
