Property And Commercial Lawyer

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Grade H3 SCP 36-40 £47,181 - £51,356 per annum

Blackpool is evolving and has an ambitious regeneration programme with a number of exciting projects and developments bringing investment and business to the town.  We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our property team.  

The successful applicant will have responsibility for an interesting and complex caseload of property transactions and will be required to have knowledge and experience within the Commercial property field. Although knowledge of Local Authority practice is not essential it would be useful. You will have the ability to work under pressure and unsupervised and you will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
