We are looking for someone who: Has a track record of excellent classroom practice and driving school improvement. Can lead and manage change with clarity, empathy and strategic insight. Is committed to the development of the whole child and to promoting inclusion across the school. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community. Will work in close partnership with the Headteacher to drive forward our strategic priorities and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care.
