We are looking for someone who:

• Has a track record of excellent classroom practice and driving school improvement.

• Can lead and manage change with clarity, empathy and strategic insight.

• Is committed to the development of the whole child and to promoting inclusion across the school.

• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community.

• Will work in close partnership with the Headteacher to drive forward our strategic priorities and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care.
