Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week (flexible working) Salary: NJC Grade G SCP 25 - 28 £36,363 - £39,152 per annum Closing Date: Sunday 17th May 23:59 pm. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Childcare legal team within an innovative Local Authority. The post of Pre-Proceedings Legal Officer will provide legal advice and support to client officers in the progression of Public Law Outline (PLO) pre-proceedings matters. Your duties will include, but not limited to, being required to undertake and progress a caseload of PLO pre-proceedings matters, obtain and collate assessments, third party evidence, medical and expert reports, and various testing results and to undertake Section 7 and Section 37 Court requests.
