Post Title: IT Field Engineer Responsible to: Service Desk Lead Location: STOCCAT Central Office with travel to Trust schools Salary: Grade 6 SCP 19-24 £ 32,061 - £35,412 Term of Contract: Permanent Working pattern: Full year (52.143 weeks per year) Hours per week: Full time (37 hours per week) Closing date: 10th May 2026 St Teresa of Calcutta Academy Trust Central Team are currently seeking an IT Field Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust. As an integral part of the STOCCAT IT team, you will work closely with primary school staff to provide expert technical support. Your role will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure across Primary Schools and other STOCCAT member institutions, offering assistance as needed. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to key IT projects. This position demands a high level of technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
