The Governors and Headteacher of Chorley New Road Primary Academy wish to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our staff. We are looking to recruit a teacher to start in August 2026.

The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our KS1 pupils, inspiring them to achieve their best and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
  
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
  
• Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
