Early Years Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering highquality early years education, supporting children’s development through engaging, creative and playbased learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a stimulating Early Years curriculum in line with the EYFS
  • Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for all children
  • Observe, assess and track children’s progress effectively
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, staff and governors
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent Early Years qualification
  • Experience working within an EYFS setting
  • A strong understanding of child development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, caring and patient approach
