Contract Type: Permanent We currently have an exciting opportunity for Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our fantastic team at Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA) in Wythenshawe This is a permanent post working 30-35 hours per week, 8:30-16:10 or 08:30-15:10 (40 min break) Monday to Friday, term time only plus 5 INSET days. The starting salary is £18,567-£21,662 depending on hours and the full time equivalent is £25,185 Grade 2. As a Teaching Assistant Level 1, you will: You will play a key role in building positive relationships with students, encouraging independence, and promoting high expectations for all. Key Responsibilities will include: Support for Pupils Support for Teachers Support for the School You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, the Safeguarding and Pastoral teams, SENCO, SLT, governors and parents to promote pupil wellbeing and positive outcomes.
