The Collective Community Trust is a newly formed Trust responsible for seven primary schools. We are committed to providing high quality services to support the schools within the Trust to achieve the very best for our pupils.

Governors are looking to appoint a passionate, driven and experienced EYFS Phase Leader.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented practitioner with strong leadership potential and a passion for improving outcomes for all pupils.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving school improvement, raising pupil achievement, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience of working in early years
  • Good understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and Strong Foundations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to analyse and use data to improve outcomes
  • A strong team work ethos, positive nature and a nurturing approach
  • A willingness to be flexible and proactive
  • A real passion for children and supporting their learning
