HEAD OF YEAR: NON-TEACHING

Grade 11, Pt 28 30 (£39,152 - £40,777 FTE)

Term Time plus 5 days

We are seeking to appoint a full time Head of Year to join our strong and highly supportive Inclusion Team. This is an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills and gain further experience of pastoral work within a school.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate

• an awareness of how to monitor and track individual student progress, behaviour and attendance
• their impact within a school
• high expectations of themselves and others and a passion for ensuring all our students achieve their potential
• the ability to provide leadership of the team of form tutors
• a highly significant contribution to the wider life of the school
