We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team at Tithe Barn Primary School as we open our brand-new, purpose-built Resource Base in September 2026. You'll work under the leadership of our experienced SEN Lead Teacher, supported by skilled TAs and HLTA, and collaborate closely with therapists and the wider school community.

Our SEN teacher will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have proven experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly those with autism
Strong knowledge of effective SEN practice and teaching and learning strategies
Creative, flexible and resilient
Have a strong commitment to inclusion and our vision that 'Every Child is a Learner'
Excellent communication skills and professionalism with all stakeholders
ECTs are encouraged to apply
