Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 Hours per week Salary: NJC Scale 6 SCP18-22 £31,537 - £33,699 per annum Closing Date: 18th May 2026 The Housing Team at Fylde are looking to recruit a Housing Services Support Officer to provide frontline support within the Housing Service. This will be to assist decision making Housing Services Officers to manage caseloads and promote independence in individuals experiencing homelessness to actively engage with support services and source permanent accommodation. The role is varied and will support the wider housing team to keep up to date records of client’s cases, monitor payments for contributions towards temporary accommodation costs and keep Personal Housing Plans up to date. You will be expected to work on your own initiative and manage a varied caseload, across both private sector enforcement and homelessness and housing advice services. You need to be a strong team player and can contribute to the efficient and effective performance of the wider housing team.
