Class Teacher

Castle Hill Primary School is a ‘good’ school where children ‘achieve well in different curriculum subjects’ and their behaviour is ‘exemplary’ (Ofsted 2023). We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 class teacher to join our motivated and hard-working team from September 2026. Experience of or preference for Year 6 is desirable. It is a full time, permanent position. If you believe you have the necessary passion, drive and determination and are an outstanding classroom practitioner, we’d love to hear from you.

You will:

· Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour that inspire and challenge all children to progress and achieve highly

· Be creative and committed to making learning fun and engaging for all

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour

· Be willing to play a full part in the life of the school

· Work in partnership with parents, governors and the wider community for the good of our children

Pay Scale T1 £32,916 T9 £51,048
