Salary: NJC Grade D SCP 7 - 11 £26,403 - £28,142 (pro rata for part time hours)

Do you want to be part of a friendly and dynamic team whilst making a genuine difference in transforming people's lives? We're looking for a motivated, passionate self-starter who wants to provide part-time administrative support at our Youth Hub – The Platform.

The successful candidate will perform a range of support duties to ensure that the service runs smoothly.  These are likely to include: responding to participant enquiries, organising diary arrangements for visits and events, assisting with the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial procedures, ordering supplies, assisting with marketing and promotional materials, liaising with staff and partners, analysing and evaluating data, running reports, using ICT packages and databases, organising meetings and taking notes.

We're looking for someone that has a minimum of Level 2 (GCSE Grade A**-C or Grades 4-9) or equivalent qualification including functional skills, in English and Maths.
