Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: Grade E SCP12-17 £28,598 - £31,022 per annum

An opportunity has arisen to work within the Benefit Service as a Benefit Officer on the Overpayments team.

The role is to engage with the public via phone and email to make arrangements, take payments, referring customers to appropriate benefit and support services and to review work to ensure regular payments to the Council are maintained.

Alongside this will be the administration of the work so we are looking for someone who is confident with IT and can manage their time well.
