ICT Officer Grade 5 - 6, SCP 18-27 (£31,537 - £38,220) Pay Award Pending Full time (36 hrs 40 mins per week), Full year Permanent, to start ASAP The Radclyffe School is seeking to appoint a skilled and dedicated ICT professional to join our team, working closely with the ICT Network Manager and wider staff body. This is a vital role within the school, providing high-quality technical support that underpins teaching, learning, and daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring our systems run smoothly, helping to create an environment where our core priority progress for all students can be fully realised. The purpose of this role is to: Support the IT services, delivering operational service, support and projects. Play a key role in ensuring network security and connectivity, meeting the need of curriculum and school priorities. Support the team’s less experienced colleagues, including acting as mentor to any IT apprentices. Working with IT professionals across the Trust, collaborating, networking and developing projects. We are looking for someone who is: Qualified and/or has significant professional experience and strong technical background. An excellent team player and people person. Positive, open and has a friendly attitude to customer service, improvement and delivery. You do not necessarily need to have worked in education, what is more important is that you are an excellent IT professional with the right skillset who has the enthusiasm and commitment to be the best that you can be.
