We are seeking a highly organised and aspirational Assistant Headteacher to take strategic responsibility for wholeschool data, assessment and qualifications across our school. This key role will lead the development and oversight of robust tracking, reporting and evaluation systems to ensure raised achievement and high aspirations for all pupils. You will oversee examinations and exam bodies, act as Quality Nominee for BTEC qualifications, and lead assessment, recording and reporting processes. Working closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteachers, you will support the daytoday leadership and management of the school, deputising when required, and play a vital role in middle leader development. With a strong commitment to safeguarding as Deputy DSL, parental engagement and celebrating student success, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example and make a significant impact on outcomes across the whole school community.
