The Trustees of the Honeycomb Education Trust are looking to appoint an organised, personable and highly motivated School Business Manager to join our

Leadership Team.

The Honeycomb Trust is a very special organisation in which to work. The Trustees have the vision to build the organisation further. We see this as

an exciting opportunity for any Business Manager to become part of the team

committed to developing the Trust, for the benefit of the children and

community we serve.


This role is pivotal to the organisation, working closely with the CFO across our two schools, you’ll have responsibility for aspects of financial management and administrative functions, human resources, premises, health & safety and IT systems.


In this varied and interesting role; you will be working with a small, hardworking,

professional team in both schools; you will be making operational and strategic decisions that will have impact across Mellor and Bolshaw Primary Schools and therefore we are looking for candidates that are comfortable working autonomously and demonstrate that they are a high performing team player.

You will need excellent organisational and communication skills and have the ability to successfully manage key priorities.
