Hours: Full time 32.5 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced EYFS Lead to join our driven and committed Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will:

• Understand barriers to learning and be able to create a safe, inclusive environment where pupils to thrive
• Have high expectations of all pupils, and inspire and motivate our children to reach their potential
• Be committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all children
• Be an outstanding EYFS practitioner with the knowledge and skills to lead an effective curriculum
• Be reflective, collaborative and committed to whole-school improvement
• Work effectively within a strong and committed team both within the Early Years unit and the wider school
• Have a desire to take a full and active role in all aspects of school life
