The role has been established to deliver consistent, high‑quality HR administration across all Trust schools. Working closely with the central HR team, you will deliver core HR admin processes including recruitment and onboarding, employee records, HR systems and compliance. You will manage the day‑to‑day operation of the Trust’s HR Information System, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting. You will also provide administrative and coordination support during employee relations processes, handling sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
