Contract- Permanent Hours- 22.2 hours per week (x3 full days) Salary- NJC Grade E £28,598 - £31,022 pro rata This post is open to employees currently On Notice/At Risk and Internal. Blackpool Learning Rooms is looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organised Business & Administration Office to join our team. This is a key role within the service, supporting the delivery of high-quality adult learning across the town and ensuring our systems, data and processes remain accurate, compliant and efficient. You will provide high-level administrative and business support to the Business Manager and Senior Managers, ensuring that financial procedures, data systems and operational processes continue to meet service and funding requirements. You will take the lead on the collection, quality assurance and oversight of all data within the TERMS system, ensuring timely and accurate ILR returns so that funding is protected and maintained. As Team Lead for the BLR administration team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality administrative support to managers, tutors and learners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, data and organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy, purposeful environment and wants to contribute to improving opportunities for adults across Blackpool.
