We are looking for someone with the following skill set:
 
  • The ability to work as a member of a team and develop working relationships with with colleagues and parents as appropriate
  • A commitment to inclusive teaching
  • An Ability to form positive relationships with Students
  • An ability to communicate effectively and concisely both in verbal and written form to a wide variety of audiences
  • A positive attitude to broad aspects of school life and the ability to contribute to new initiatives and development
  • An ability to plan and teach small groups or 1-2-1 intervention lessons that are suitably differentiated to the needs of our students
  • A high standard of personal organisation and the ability to meet deadlines
